So we print the box as your request based on design.(The box really in white same as your design. I think you should take photo on the normal light, instead of being in the orange light).②Although you mentioned that you need white color, but your designer make the “white” not good, and not the white you need, you haven’t use the Pantone white on the file and asked me print the box based on your design, that’s CMYK print on your design file.③Before the shipment, i sent a picture to you to check, you applied perfect again. I don’t know why each step you were satisfied, you said yes and perfect again and again. When you received the boxes, you took photo under orange light, sent to Alibaba to ask full refund.
